This data protection statement serves to explain which data we collect from you, for what purpose we use them and how we protect them.

By means of cookies, Google Analytics collects data on how the website is used (for example, on the pages visited and the duration of the visit). In doing so, your IP address is anonymised. We use those data exclusively to compile aggregate visitor statistics and not to establish the identity of individual visitors. On this website we do not use Google Ads (remarketing and conversion tracking) or the Facebook pixel. Google may also process those data on servers outside the European Union, in which case the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the “Change cookie settings” option on this website, after which Google Analytics will no longer be loaded. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Our website contains ordinary links to our profiles on the social networks Instagram and Facebook and to the WhatsApp service. These are not plug-ins of those networks or sharing buttons, so no data whatsoever are transmitted to those services until you click on a link. When you click on a link, your data are processed by the provider of the service in question in accordance with its own data protection rules, over which ANIMA NATURA, obrt za turističke usluge, vl.
